The 3D Labs Nutrition Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to share tracked referral links and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through those links, subject to the current Affiliate Agreement and program settings.

No. Applications are reviewed, and participation in the program is subject to approval.

No. There is no fee to apply or to maintain your affiliate account. Any applicable program requirements are presented during registration and governed by the current Affiliate Agreement.

No. There is no purchase requirement to join or participate in the affiliate program.

Approved affiliates access their referral links and promotional tools through the affiliate dashboard, available after logging in.

When a customer clicks your valid referral link, their visit is tracked for 89 days. If they complete a qualifying purchase within that window and meet the program's qualification rules, the order can be credited to your account.

The 89-day window is a tracking period, not the lifetime of your affiliate link.

Your referral link remains available for as long as your affiliate account is active. This is separate from the 89-day tracking window, which applies to each individual click, not to the link itself.

The program's current tracking system determines attribution in these situations. Affiliates can review which orders were credited to their account in their affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates should rely on their approved referral links for tracking unless the affiliate dashboard provides a specific authorized code for your account. Posting affiliate codes on coupon or deal sites, forums, or similar channels is not permitted.

No. Self-referrals do not qualify for commission, including purchases made by you, or on your behalf, for yourself, friends, relatives, or associates.

Current commission rates and any applicable tiers are displayed in the affiliate dashboard and governed by the Affiliate Agreement. Rates and program terms may change.

An order must be properly attributed to your referral link, completed, and compliant with the program's rules to qualify for commission.

Commissions tied to orders that are returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged back may be removed or withheld.

Affiliates may use honest, appropriate channels that comply with the Affiliate Agreement, platform rules, and applicable laws.

Yes. Affiliate relationships must be disclosed prominently and in compliance with FTC requirements and other applicable disclosure laws.

No. Affiliates may not claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Only accurate, supportable product information may be used.

No. Incentivized-referral schemes, such as rewards, rebates, or loyalty programs that pay someone for using your link, are prohibited.

No. Pay-per-click and paid search advertising bidding on the brand's terms are prohibited under the current Affiliate Agreement.

Affiliates should use only approved materials made available through the program, and must not impersonate the company or create misleading brand accounts.

Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotion, and violations of platform or privacy rules are prohibited.
