Let's Go Lemon, Let's Go
Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. All we ever really hear about first thing in the morning, right?
Now, don't misunderstand, we have no issue with coffee. In fact, we highly recommend BulletProof coffee, especially for those who intermittent fast, as we do.
But, coffee is not, and has not been, for many, many years, our go-to liquid first thing in the morning. Nope!
Lemon water is!
Well, to be more concise, hot water, pink salt, a quarter lemon, and a lemon/ginger tea bag.
And while you might initially think we are crazy, or maybe even immediately think "YUCK". Think again.
Not bad flavoring at all and more importantly, more than a handful of reasons to follow our lead here.

How long do you have to wait before having coffee? If you take it immediately after, will it disrupt the lemon water benefit?
