10 Reasons Why MultiMode for Women is the Best Daily Multivitamin for the Ladies
Some might say that health and well-being have never been more important than it is today. As if the normal battles were not enough for society, a coronavirus pandemic did nothing but increase the attention we should all be placing on personal and family wellness.
While many of us do our best to eat right, get some exercise in, rest, etc, the truth is, most of us are failing at covering the foundational basics first.
We hear it all the time, eating healthy can be tedious and time-consuming for most families and finding time for exercise needs to be a priority, but unfortunately usually falls behind watching reality TV. But for those failing to take their daily foundational supplements, absolutely no excuses can be made.
Yes, yes, we know, multivitamins, omegas, probiotics, are not sexy nutritional supplements. They simply don't elicit the same excitement as say a fat-burner or pre-workout. We get it!
But, even without their sex appeal, they are more important.
Unfortunately, and fortunately, men and women are NOT ALIKE. Therefore, their needs are not alike either.
For this reason, at 3D Labs Nutrition, we did something different when it came to formulating our multivitamins. We got specific. We recognized the gender difference and decided to try and be as beneficial, for each, as possible with MultiMode for Men and MultiMode for Women.
One might initially think, before looking at these individual solutions, that they can't be that different. After all, a human is a human, right? Not even close. So whereas MultiMode for Men will focus on specific male needs like prostate support, MultiMode for Women will target more of the much-needed hormonal support for the ladies.
But good news! This barely scratches the surface as to why women need to be taking a solid, daily multivitamin. So, let's dive into even more important info now.
Why Multivitamins Should Be Part of the Daily Regiment for Women
What are multivitamins and why should they be part of your nutritional basics? This is a great question!
The fact is, even when we are doing our best from a nutritional standpoint, we will all have nutrient gaps that we should fill. Doing so, via a daily multivitamin can do wonders for our body's overall wellness while assisting with stress, sleep, hormones, and more.
In simple terms, your body needs certain vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to function properly. While we would love to tell you that is as easy as just eating food, NOPE! Not even remotely possible, no matter how clean your diet, to get your basics, across the board, covered. This is where multivitamins come in.
Multivitamins are a combination of different vitamins and minerals found in food sources and they should be used to ensure the minimum requirements are met on a daily basis.
Basically, multivitamins are an insurance policy that fills in those nutrient gaps, references above, that we all have.
A quick, but important side note here. There are water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins. This is important to understand as a part of the reason for a DAILY MULTIVITAMIN.
Where excess fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are stored in the body, water-soluble vitamins (B and C), unfortunately, are not. Excess water-soluble vitamins simply travel through the body. This, therefore, means it is necessary to get these essential vitamins on a daily basis.

The Benefits of Multivitamins for Women
Now, as we've already alluded to, women have different needs. Since we thought it would be a good idea to make you aware of some of the best potential benefits of taking a once-a-day multivitamin supplement, such as MultiMode for Women, we put together the following list...
Increased Energy Levels
What woman doesn't want greater natural energy levels? When you don't meet your vitamin and mineral needs, your body must work harder to perform even its simplest of tasks, which can lead to fatigue and other health-related problems. There is no question, meeting your nutritional needs and leading a healthy lifestyle can keep you energetic and fit.
Improved Mood
Feel better, be happier! Studies have shown that a daily multivitamin has positive effects on a person's mood and emotional well-being. Proper amounts of vitamins and minerals can improve the brain functions responsible for how you feel.
Reduced Stress and Anxiety
The daily multivitamin can also significantly reduce levels of stress and anxiety. For example, B-Vitamins are used to convert food into energy, keep the nervous system functioning properly, and produce stress hormones. Feel less stressed? We'll take it!
Improved Short-Term Memory
A recent study from Australia showed that B-Vitamins also have a significant impact in supporting short-term memory function. In this research, older participants who supplemented with vitamin B-12 did better in memory tests compared to those who did not take supplements.
Healthy Aging
As we age, muscle loss becomes more prevalent, our nutritional needs increase, and our body's ability to absorb nutrients declines. As if the constant battle against free radicals wasn't enough, medication usage also typically increases as we get older, even further increasing the importance of our vitamin and mineral stores.
Heart Health
Some studies show that taking a high-quality multivitamin may reduce cardiovascular disease. Since heart disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women in the U.S. we think anything that shows even minor potential to assist in fighting this battle is worth using. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, K1, Niacin (B3), CoQ10 and magnesium, all play a role in cardiovascular health, so we welcome these additions.
Reduced Cancer Risk
Did you know that vitamin usage has been associated with a decreased risk of some cancers? Studies continue to show that there is a correlation between daily multivitamin supplementation and significantly reduced risks of cancer.
Improved Immunity
Again, during these times, the topic of immunity has become a daily discussion. For good reason, but it really shouldn't take a worldwide pandemic to make it important. As goes your immune health, so goes your overall health. Vitamin C is an antioxidant well-known for strengthening the immune system. Additionally, Vitamins D and E boost immunity as well. All found, at some level, in good multis.
Supports Eye Health
Good eyes, all the better to see you with! Things like Vitamins A, C, E, Niacin (B3), and selenium all show to support eye health.
Healthier Hair and Skin
Let's be honest ladies, you spend thousands of dollars on your Hair, Nail & Skin, but do you really place the same importance on the nutrients you ingest that can help keep these parts beautiful too? Research shows Vitamins B3 (Niacin), biotin, and Vitamin C all benefit the hair, while Vitamins A, C, E, and CoQ10 are great for maintaining healthy skin.

Hello there, thanks for sharing this awesome article I know it would be of great help to the public as it has been of help to me. I have been taking Multimode multivitamin is really good i have been taking them for a very long time and i have been seeing a lot of impact as it keeps the whole body intact.
Thank you for your input and the blog article are beneficial as well.
Rene, we are thrilled you like the article. As for your specific question, there aren’t really any “supplements” that you need to worry about taking with or around other supplements.
There are, however, those supplements that should be taken on an empty stomach and then those that should be taken with food.
With that said, in your case, we might simply suggest you FloraMode in the morning with your FocusRX on an empty stomach, then your MultiMode and OmegaMode with your first meal of the day, followed by your remaining supplements with your last meal of the day.
Hope this helps! 🙏🏼
Brandy, first, and foremost, yes, you a correct, some nutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc, when the body’s requirements have been met, will be flushed from the system.
This, however, does not mean that there is a need to take something such as a multivitamin multiple times a day.
In fact, quite the opposite. If your body is in fact excreting any overage, taking in more, within such a short period of time would simply be throwing money away.
In addition, if one was taking in more fat-soluble nutrients, the risk would be overconsumption since the body will be storing these.
Lastly, none of the above takes the daily diet into consideration so, all things considered, one will be getting some level of their needs met through food intake alone. Hope this helps! Stay healthy! 💪🏻
I like Brandy’s question regarding spreading out vitamins throughout the day. My question is similar. I take Focus RX first thing in the morning, add the MultiMode 30+ minutes with breakfast+FloraMode. When is the best time to add the Omegas? I know some supplements work best if not taken with others. I also take an additional “Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc w/vitamin D”.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Btw, your article are very informative.
Can honestly say that I have never heard of this multi-vitamin, before stumbling on your website in my search engine.
I’ve read a few studies in the past, stating that our bodies can only absorb so many vitamins at once, and what it can’t absorb just goes to waste within the body, and is not utilized like we think. For this very reason, it was recommended to get a multi-vitamin taken multiple times a day. What are your thoughts on taking a one a day multi-vitamin, over one taken multiple times a day (where the nutrients are spread out, making them absorb better and more utilized)?
I understand that taking a vitamin once a day is more ideal for most (especially for those who are forgetful, or have hectic schedules), but is there any proof that our bodies are actually absorbing it all?
