Commission and Referral Tracking
- Referral tracking window: qualifying purchases are tracked for 89 days following a customer's initial click-through on your referral link.
- When an order qualifies: the customer must complete their purchase within the tracking window through your approved referral link.
- Returns and cancellations: orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded are not counted as qualifying purchases.
- Self-referrals: purchases made by you, or on your behalf, for personal use are not eligible for commission.
Program terms, commission rates, incentives, and eligibility requirements may change. The current Affiliate Agreement and affiliate dashboard govern participation and payouts.
