How to Return Your Purchase

As a friendly reminder, our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website and are being returned within 30 days of your purchase. We will stand by our 110% Satisfaction Guarantee on all applicable returns!

The Process:

  1. Contact us and let us know that you would like to return your products. (In your contact form submittal, briefly explain what you are returning, why and the purchase date.) You will receive an email response from our support staff with all the necessary return information and instructions.
  2. Print the provided return label.
  3. Pack up the item you are returning. (Be sure to include your return reference number inside your package.)
  4. Attach the printed return label on the package.
  5. Mail your returned item to 12717 West Sunrise Blvd. Suite 240, Sunrise, FL 33323
  6. Once you have shipped your returned items, please notify us so we can process your refund as quickly as possible upon receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges of any product, regardless where they are purchased from must be within 30 days of your purchase, due to a manufacturer defect. 3D Labs is entitled to decide what products are eligible for exchange due to a manufacturer defect. Please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase, lot number and expiration date (found on the bottom of the bottle) and description of the defect.
